Before and after bilateral breast augmentation in a 26-year-old woman. She had a nice natural breast shape, but she always wore padding in her bra to create the look and size she really wanted. The goal was to give her that look with an internal implant, rather than padding in her bra.
Smooth round silicone gel breast implants were placed on top of the muscle, in the subglandular position. Early follow up photos are shown 1 month after surgery. She is actively doing implant massage and has returned to full unrestricted exercise.
