Before and after bilateral breast augmentation in a 41-year-old woman. She previously had implants that were way too big her for body and under the muscle. She had them removed due to pain and lived without them for several years.
After much reflection, she decided to have new smaller, lower profile implants inserted on top of the muscle, in the subglandular position. She was going for a natural looking result (as a Mom with children) with a normal looking droop to her breasts.
Smooth round silicone gel breast implants were placed through her existing scar under her breast. Liposuction removed excess fat from her axillary rolls (armpit region).
Follow up photos are shown 3 months after surgery. The liposuction scars in her armpits are dark as expected – they will continue to fade over the next year. Her photos speak for themselves!
