Before and after breast augmentation in a 47 year old woman. She was always small-breasted; after having children, her breasts were small and deflated. She wanted to be able to properly fill out a bikini top and to feel more feminine.
Smooth round silicone gel breast implants were placed on top of the muscle, in the subglandular position, using an incision in her breast fold. Liposuction removed fat from her armpit region. Her sensation slowly recovered and within three months, the implants felt “like part of her body”.
Follow up photos are shown a year and a half after surgery. She looks and feels natural, which is always our goal for our patients!
