Before and after bilateral breast augmentation and liposuction of the axillary rolls in a 34-year-old woman. She had a beautiful natural breast shape and mild breast asymmetry; she wanted her breasts to be fuller to better match the rest of her curvy figure.
Smooth round silicone gel breast implants were placed on top of the muscle, in the subglandular position. Liposuction removed fat from her armpit region together with her abdomen and flanks.
Follow up photos are shown 2 months after surgery. Her nipple sensation is recovering, and she loves her breasts!
