Before and after bilateral breast augmentation in a thin 51 year old woman. She wanted increased fullness of her breasts and a natural looking results. After doing her research, she learned that subglandular placement of her implants would provide the most natural looking results without an animation deformity.
Smooth round silicone gel breast implants were placed on top of the muscle, in the subglandular position. She took one week off work and resumed exercise without restrictions at 3 weeks. She took a single dose of Tylenol after surgery for discomfort, which was minimal!
Follow up photos are shown four and a half months after surgery. Her incisions are hidden in the fold beneath her breasts and are fading nicely. She got just the results she was looking for! We also think she looks fantastic.
