Before and after bilateral breast augmentation in a 28 year old woman. She always felt her breasts were out of proportion to the rest of her body. She wanted to feel more feminine and to stop needing to wear heavily padded bras to get the look she wanted.
Smooth round silicone gel breast implants were placed on top of the muscle, in the subglandular position. Liposuction removed a small collection of fat from her armpit region (axillary rolls).
Follow up photos are shown 5 weeks after surgery. We agree with her sentiments that she “looks like herself”, only without needing a padded bra!
