Before and after breast augmentation in a 29 year old woman. She wanted to have fuller breasts and to feel more feminine. She liked her breast shape; she just wanted to be a few cup sizes larger.
Smooth round silicone gel breast implants were placed in the subglandular position during an outpatient procedure. She took one week off work and resumed exercise at three weeks.
Follow up photos are shown four months after surgery. She is so happy with her results. Like most of our patients, she says “they feel like part of me now”, which is expected any time after three months.
