Before and after breast augmentation and liposuction of the axillary rolls in a 37 year old woman. She felt her breasts were too small for her frame and out of proportion to the rest of her body. She disliked her armpit fat and wanted this removed as well.
Smooth round silicone gel “gummy bear” implants were placed on top of the muscle for the most natural outcome. Liposuction of the axillary rolls permanently removed fat from these areas.
Follow up photos are shown at six months after surgery. She loves her results! She looks great!
