Before and after breast augmentation in a 27 year old woman. She had relatively small breasts and wanted a significant augmentation with upper breast poles that defied gravity and that did not necessarily look natural – which is fine!

Smooth round silicone gel breast implants were placed in the subglandular position. Follow up photos are shown 6 months after surgery. She loves her breasts (which is the most important outcome and indicator of success). She has fully regained her sensation.
