Before and after a Mommy Makeover in a 43 year old mother. She had hanging, deflated breasts, loose and flabby lower abdominal skin and unwanted fat “in nearly all the places!” Her Mommy Makeover included a breast augmentation and a lift, a tummy tuck and liposuction.
Smooth round silicone gel breast implants replaced volume lost after breast feeding her children. A lift raised the position of the nipples and made the areolas smaller.
A tummy tuck removed her entire abdominal overhang of skin and fat, repaired her abdominal muscles back together in the midline, and tightened her abdominal wall contour. Liposuction of the upper and lower abdomen, axillary rolls, back fat/bra roll, flanks, pubic region and upper inner thighs completed the procedure.
Follow up photos are shown 6 months after surgery. Her scars are pink from increased blood flow, which is expected during healing. She is doing scar therapy and knows it will take at least 6 months more for her incisions to fade even further.
