Before and after a Mommy Makeover consisting of a breast augmentation and lift (mastopexy), tummy tuck (abdominoplasty) and liposuction in a 37 year old mother of three. She missed the fullness and perkiness her breasts used to have before having children, and she no longer recognized her post-pregnancy belly!
Smooth round silicone gel breast implants were placed on top of the muscle, in the subglandular position. Her nipples were lifted and her breast skin draped around her fuller and higher breasts once the implant was placed.
An abdominoplasty removed excess lower abdominal skin and fat including many of her stretch marks, it repaired her abdominal muscles back together in the midline, and it redraped her abdominal skin tightly downward.
Liposuction completed the procedure, removing excess unwanted fat in her armpit and bra roll region (axillary rolls), the upper and lower abdomen, anterior flanks/love handles, the pubic area and upper inner thighs.
Follow up photos are shown just 2 months after surgery. She is actively doing scar therapy and already is much more comfortable donning a bikini again in the summer!
