A breast augmentation using a small sized smooth round silicone gel breast implant and a mastopexy (breast lift) rejuvenated and lifted her breasts to a more youthful position that stayed proportional to her frame.
An abdominoplasty removed excess skin and fat, repaired her rectus abdominis muscles back together in the midline, and tightened her abdominal wall. Liposuction of the axillary rolls, upper back, hips and flanks, abdomen and upper inner thighs completed the procedure. .
Follow up photos are shown at 6 months after surgery. Her surgical swelling has resolved and her incisions are pink from scars that are still maturing. She feels like “the hottest mother AND grandma I know!”
