Before and after Mommy Makeover in a 34 year old woman mother of three. Her breasts had developed droop, large areolas and a pendulous shape. Her abdomen was covered with stretch marks and she had overhanging extra skin and fat. Her body did not match her youthful personality and vitality as a young mother!
This Mommy Makeover included a breast lift (mastopexy) to reshape her breasts to a more perky and youthful shape, an abdominoplasty and liposuction. The tummy tuck removed a significant amount of her stretch marks, repaired her abdominal muscles back to one another in the midline, and re-draped her abdominal wall skin more tightly. Her incision is visible at just one month after surgery.
Liposuction of her axillary rolls, upper and lower abdomen, pubic region, flanks and upper inner thighs complimented the excisional tummy tuck and rearrangement of her breast tissue in her breast lift.
Early follow up images are shown at one month after surgery. Postoperative surgical swelling is evident; this will go down gradually over the first three months. She will begin scar therapy in another month, when all wounds are more healed and scabs are gone.
