Before and after liposuction of the “banana roll” (buttock roll under the gluteal crease) and the inner and outer thighs in a 27-year-old woman. Together with a breast augmentation, she wished to improve the contour of this area.
Liposuction removed excess fat but maintained a shapely contour to her upper inner and outer thighs. Long term follow up photos are shown two years after surgery. Incisions were hidden in natural creases wherever possible and have faded nicely over time.
The last image shows the fat removed from liposuctioning this area. Targeted removal of fat produces subtle but significant results!
