Before and after liposuction of the body in a 34 year old woman. She certainly wasn’t overweight, and she exercised daily and ate responsibly. However, she had excess fat in several areas that she could not get rid of on her own.
Liposuction was performed as an outpatient procedure and permanently removed over 3 liters of fat from her abdomen, flanks (love handles, muffin top), inner and outer thighs and her bra roll. Postoperatively, she wore a compression garment followed by a Spanx-type garment for 8 weeks after surgery.
Follow up photos are shown over a year after surgery. She loves her results, and she feels like herself, but she believes her figure is finally showing all her hard work! She is even more motivated to stay fit now that she is over that hurdle.
The best candidate for liposuction is exactly a patient like this: fit, healthy, active and responsible. They just could use a little help from a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon!
