Before and after liposuction of the abdomen, flanks, back and bra roll in a 35 year old woman. She was also planning liposuction of her arms and neck in a full body contouring procedure. Her goal was to still look like herself (“not a supermodel”), but to have less fat rolls and to appreciate her natural curves more.
Liposuction permanently removed fat via several tiny incisions hidden in skin creases. The last image set shows the fat that was removed from these areas – over 5 liters! Postoperatively, she wore compression garments under her clothes and eventually switched to yoga pants and a compressive tank top until three months.
Follow up photos are shown three months after surgery. Her early results are impressive! She is thrilled to learn that swelling will continue to go down over the next 6-9 months while she exercises and continues her healthy lifestyle.
