Before and after liposuction of the abdomen in a 30 year old woman. This patient was planning a Mommy Makeover including a breast augmentation and lift, and she wanted to achieve a flatter tummy as well.
Liposuction permanently removed fat from the deep layer of the anterior abdominal wall fat but left the superficial layer of fat alone. Postoperatively, she wore an abdominal binder and layer of compressive foam under her clothes for 6 weeks.
Follow up photos are shown a year after surgery.
