Before and after ultrasonic liposuction of the chest in a 30 year old man. He was thin and fit but found his prominent breast tissue made him self-conscious. He wanted to keep a masculine contour to his chest but not feel like he had “moobs” (man boobs).
Ultrasonic liposuction was performed in the operating room as a straightforward outpatient procedure. Four small incisions were made in the crease under his breast to access the fat and breast tissue. Very early follow up photos are shown just two weeks after surgery.
He already can appreciate that most of his chest fat and breast tissue is gone. He is excited to know that in the next two months the appearance will continue to improve.
