Before and after liposuction of the abdomen, circumferential flanks and upper back in a 25 year old woman. Nearly 3 liters of fat were removed. Removal of fat from all around the trunk is also called “LIPO 360” by some on social media; she did not need a “BBL” (augmentation of her buttocks)!
Early follow up photos are shown at 3 months after surgery. She still has residual edema (firm tissue swelling), which is normal for up to 6 months after such significant liposuction.
The body will gradually absorb this swelling and she will appreciate her “final, final” results by one year. She has started scar therapy on her incisions, which will fade over the next several months.
Note that removal of excess fat in her flanks and abdomen accentuated her shapely buttocks and produced a more feminine figure.
