Before and after liposuction of the body in a 35-year-old woman. She was told that she needed a full tummy tuck by another surgeon, which she really did not want to do – since she had not even been pregnant yet! She hoped to become pregnant in the future, but wanted to focus on achieving an improved body contour now. What bothered her most was the excess fat in her hips and thighs, abdomen and “love handles.”
Liposuction permanently removed fat from her upper and lower abdomen, pubic region, circumferential flanks, inner and outer thighs in an outpatient procedure performed under general anesthesia. Postoperatively, she wore compression garments under her clothes for three months. Five liters of fat was removed through several tiny incisions hidden in skin creases.
Follow up photos are shown a year and a half after surgery. She is wonderfully comfortable in her own skin and enjoys shopping for clothes that show off her beautiful, curvy figure!
