Before and after liposuction of a 27 year old woman's inner and outer thighs. Despite being at a healthy, stable weight, this area held on to excess fat, just like other members of her family. This area was where she was genetically predisposed to store fat, despite being physically fit and thin elsewhere. Liposuction of the inner and outer thighs produced a more slender contour but maintained her feminine curves.
