Before and after liposuction of the abdomen, flanks and pubic region in a 31 year old woman. She had not had children and had previously lost a significant amount of weight. Despite being physically active, her body held on to fat in her mid-section.
Removal of over 4 liters of fat (see the picture of her actual fat in the canisters!) was performed. Follow up photos at one year are shown. She still has some minor loose skin in the lower abdomen that would be best treated by an abdominoplasty, but she is waiting until she has children before considering a tummy tuck.
