Before and after liposuction of the body as part of a Mommy Makeover in a 39-year-old woman. She had undergone liposuction of her thighs ten years previously, but after having children, she accumulated additional fat in the same areas. She wasn’t looking “to wear a bikini,” she just wanted to wear more fitted dresses without her “fat bulging out”.
Liposuction of the abdomen, flanks, inner and outer thighs was combined with a tummy tuck and liposuction of her arms and axillary rolls. After surgery, she wore compression garments under her clothes for several months to encourage skin contraction to its new form and to keep her swelling under control.
