Before and after liposuction of the abdomen and flanks in a 40-year-old woman. As part of her Mommy Makeover which also included a breast reduction and lift, she wanted to improve the contour of her belly without the additional scars and downtime needed for a full tummy tuck.
Liposuction removed over three liters of fat from her upper and lower abdomen, flanks, pubic region and upper inner thighs. After surgery, she wore compression under her clothes for a full three months, gradually transitioning from the abdominal binders provided by our office to shapewear under normal clothing.
Follow up photos are shown 8 months after surgery. She has a greatly improved abdominal contour. She is incredibly pleased with her results!
