Before and after liposuction of the upper inner thighs and pubic region in a 50-year-old woman. She was self-conscious about her prominent inner thighs that rubbed together when she wore pants, causing them to wear out quickly in this area and limiting her ability to stand with her legs close together.
Together with a mini-abdominoplasty, liposuction of the pubis and medial thighs removed excess fat from her inner thighs. After surgery, she wore inner thigh compression to encourage skin contraction for several months.
Follow up photos are shown a year and a half after surgery. She walked into our office wearing short-shorts and feeling very confident doing so! And she stood with her legs together very comfortably.
