Before and after liposuction of the inner and outer thighs and “banana roll” area (the roll of fat under the buttocks) in a 42-year-old woman. She was slender and exercised regularly but wanted to improve the contour of this area of her body.
Liposuction removed nearly a liter of excess fat from her inner and outer thighs and buttock rolls. Long-term follow up photos are shown 4 years after surgery.
