Before and after ultrasound-assisted liposuction of the back rolls and posterior flanks in a 53-year-old woman. At the same time as a breast reduction and liposuction of the arms, this patient wanted to improve her back contour.
Liposuction removed nearly two liters of fat from her back and flanks (muffin top) through several small incisions. After surgery, she wore a compression tank top for six weeks after surgery.
Early follow up photos are shown 2 months after surgery with an already noticeable improvement. With time, surgical swelling will continue to resolve, and she will have an even nicer result!
