Before and after liposuction of the abdomen, flanks and lower back rolls in a 44-year-old woman. She had made the decision she was not going to have children – but she still wanted a makeover! She called her upcoming surgery her “mid-life makeover.”
Liposuction removed excess fat from her upper and lower abdomen, flanks all the way around her body, and her lower back rolls. After surgery, she wore an abdominal binder under her clothes until the bruising had resolved (three weeks), and then transitioned to shapewear for three months.
Follow up photos are shown 3 months after surgery. She is excited for her upcoming vacation and feels extremely comfortable trying on bikinis!
