Before and after liposuction as part of a Mommy Makeover in a 36-year-old mother of three. She wanted to have a nice contour to her abdomen, hips and thighs that remained proportional to the rest of her body as her goals. She no longer wore her navel piercing and wanted her belly button to look more normal, so an umbilicoplasty (scar revision to remove the old belly button piercing) was planned at the same time.
Liposuction permanently removed over three liters of unwanted fat from her bra rolls and armpits (axillary rolls), upper and lower abdomen, flanks, pubic region and upper inner and outer thighs. The final image shows the actual fat removed during this procedure.
After surgery, she wore compression garments under her clothes for several months to assist with keeping the swelling in check and to encourage faster results – although wearing compression or not does not affect the final results – it only speeds them up!
Long-term follow up photos are shown a year and a half after surgery with nearly mature scars and her final results. She is extremely pleased with her results and that she still looks “normal” and natural after Plastic Surgery – just herself, at her best!
