Before and after liposuction of the inner thighs, abdomen, and flanks in a 34-year-old woman. She was athletic and physically fit, and what bothered her the most was her inner and outer thighs.
She disliked the way her inner thighs touched and how her yoga pants fit more snugly now around her midsection. Her abdomen and flanks had always been her best feature when she was competing in sports, but she gradually accumulated fat here in her thirties.
Performed under a quick general anesthetic, over three liters of fat was permanently removed from her upper inner and outer thighs, abdomen, and circumferential flanks. After surgery, she wore her postoperative compression garment for three weeks and then switched to shapewear for another six weeks.
Early follow up photos are shown 3 months after surgery. She can already appreciate her results, even though she is still swollen, and her scars are still visible. They will gradually fade over the next year.
