Before and after liposuction of the axillary rolls in a 50 year old woman. Although she was thin and physically fit, she had annoying collections of fat that poked out from her tank tops and made her avoid wearing sleeveless outfits.
Liposuction of the axillary rolls permanently removed fat in this region. Follow up photos are shown 4 months after surgery. She attended her follow up appointment in our office wearing spaghetti straps!! ☺
