Before and after removal of accessory (extra) breast tissue in the axillary rolls using liposuction. This young woman had a collection of fat and breast tissue in her right armpit region. She felt too self-conscious to wear sleeveless tops.
Liposuction permanently debulked her right armpit roll and removed excess fat and breast tissue. This was performed in the office under local anesthesia. Postoperatively, she wore a compressive bandeau strap to compress the area and limit swelling.
Follow up photos are shown a year and half after surgery.
