Before and after liposuction of armpit fat (axillary rolls) in a 29 year old woman. She noticed after puberty that she had an unwanted fat collection in her armpit area. No matter how fit or thin she got, she still had stubborn fat in this area.
Liposuction was performed in the armpit area as part of a breast augmentation and lift. A half cup of fat was permanently removed through two tiny incisions hidden in her armpit crease.
Follow up photos are shown 5 months after surgery. The fat is gone forever, and she has no qualms wearing tank tops now!
