Before and after liposuction of the axillary rolls in a 47 year old woman. Even when she was a child and very thin, she had a stubborn collection of fat in her armpits. She was finally ready to tackle it and be rid of it forever!
Liposuction of the axillary rolls was done together with liposuction of her arms. This outpatient procedure took 2 hours to perform. Postoperatively, she wore a compression garment under her clothes for 6 weeks.
Follow up photos are shown 7 months after surgery. Her “armpit boobs” are gone, and she feels very comfortable wearing tank tops and sleeveless dresses now!
