Before and after liposuction of the axillary rolls and removal of skin tags from the armpits of a 41 year old woman. She was planning cosmetic surgery of her breasts and treatment of this area was recommended for the very best aesthetic results.
Liposuction was done through two tiny incisions hidden in her armpit creases. Fat was permanently removed from her axillary rolls. Skin tags were trimmed to complete the procedure. Follow up photos are shown two months after surgery.
She now wears tank tops without giving her “fatty armpits” a second thought!
