She was having a Mommy Makeover which included a breast augmentation and lift and a tummy tuck. She was thrilled to learn that she could get this stubborn fat removed at the same time!
Liposuction of the armpit region and sides of the breasts removed over one liter of fat, permanently! Once these fat cells are removed, they will never return. Follow up photos are shown three months after surgery.
Often, women (and men) come in to the office just for this procedure. If there are no other major surgeries that will be combined with axillary roll liposuction, this procedure can be done under local anesthesia with the patient awake and completely numbed! No general anesthesia and a shorter operative experience are bonuses.
