Before and after liposuction of the axillary rolls in a 50 year old woman. She was having a breast reduction and wanted to improve the appearance of this area at the same time.
Liposuction permanently removed fat from her armpit region bilaterally. Follow up photos are shown at 3 months after surgery. She has some residual swelling that will continue to go down over the next three months.
