Before and after liposuction of the axillary rolls in a 42 year old woman. She had significant fatty deposits in her armpit areas and “wouldn’t be caught dead in a sleeveless top!” She wanted to improve the appearance of this area; liposuction was her best option.
Liposuction of the axillary rolls was performed together with correction of her tubular breasts using an implant and a breast lift. Follow up photos are shown one year after surgery. Her results have endured over time. She now happily wears tank tops and spaghetti straps without giving her armpits a second thought!
