Before and after liposuction of the axillary rolls in a 25 year old woman. She had recently lost a significant amount of weight but still had stubborn fat deposits in her armpit area. Liposuction of the axillary rolls permanently removed this fat and allowed her to appreciate her hard work and weight loss in every area, including her axillary rolls!
Follow up photos are shown at 9 months after surgery. She has no problem wearing tank tops and doesn’t think about her armpit fat any longer!
