Before and after liposuction of the axillary roll in a 31 year old woman. She had increased fat only in one armpit area. Regardless of how low her weight was, she still had a persistent fat accumulation here.
Liposuction of the axillary roll was done in the office under local anesthesia. She took the next day off work and only took plain Tylenol for discomfort. She resumed exercise when the bruising resolved (10 days) and started exercising again at two weeks.
Follow up photos are shown three months after surgery.
