Before and after liposuction of the arms in a 36-year-old woman. She was athletic and had great muscle tone, but her upper arms did not reflect that.
Liposuction of the arms and the axillary rolls (bra rolls) permanently removed over 2 liters of fat in a straightforward outpatient operation performed under general anesthesia. Postoperatively, she wore a compression garment/sleeves under her clothes for 6 weeks.
Long-term follow up photos are shown 2 years after surgery. Her scars are barely perceptible and she can now see her excellent triceps muscle tone!
