Before and after liposuction of the arms in a 27 year old woman. She was fit and had little fat anywhere else except her arms. This is often genetically predisposed.
Liposuction of her arms permanently removed fat, as seen in the last set of images. Postoperatively, she wore compression sleeves for three months under her clothes to speed up healing and the resolution of swelling.
Follow up photos are shown one year after surgery. She has been motivated to keep up her fitness and focus on her arms going forward!
