Before and after liposuction of the arms in a 47 year old woman. All the women in her family had big arms – she was over them!
Liposuction of the arms was done together with liposuction of her armpit region, known as the “axillary rolls”. This outpatient procedure took 2 hours to perform. Postoperatively, she wore a compression garment to encourage her arm skin to contract to its new, more slender form under her clothes for 6 weeks.
Follow up photos are shown 7 months after surgery. She can appreciate her hard word in the gym now and actually see her arm muscles! With continued hard work and a healthy diet, her results will continue to improve.
