Before and after labiaplasty using the trim technique in a 27 year old woman. Her darkly pigmented labia minora protruded out from her labia majora. She had a long clitoral hood that contributed to her hanging labia.
A labiaplasty trimmed excess dark labia minora and a clitoral hood reduction trimmed a small amount of clitoral hood tissue. The trim technique of labiaplasty with a clitoral hood reduction is the standard procedure in our practice.
Follow up photos are shown 3 months after surgery. Her labia area looks normal and natural. Her GYN did not notice she had surgery at her last PAP smear visit. The GYN was delighted to hear about our patient’s surgery and remarked that she looked fantastic!
