Before and after labiaplasty in a 42 year old woman. Her Mommy Makeover included a breast lift, liposuction of the abdomen, flanks and thighs and a labiaplasty. Her wings of long labia minora got caught on her inner thighs and made running or spinning difficult and painful.
A labiaplasty trimmed excess labia minora but left a normal amount of labia behind. Follow up photos are shown 15 months after surgery. She no longer thinks twice about running or taking a spinning class last minute.
