Before and after labiaplasty in a 33 year old woman. She disliked her mildly bagging labia MAJORA - her labia minora in this case was fine - she just wanted to not have as much outer vagina lips hanging down when she stood up.
A labiaplasty trimmed excess labia majora (see the image of the tissue removed for reference) and rotated her labia majora inwards so that she had a more compact outer labia when she stood up. Follow up photos are shown 6 weeks after surgery.
