Before and after labiaplasty and clitoral hood reduction in a 33 year old woman. She didn’t mind her labia majora, but felt like her labia minora was too long and that her clitoral hood (the skin at the upper part of the labia) was very large.
A labiaplasty trimmed excess labia minora and trimmed “excess drapery” from her clitoral hood. Most labiaplasties trim excess clitoral hood folds as part of the procedure. This case exemplifies this detail.
Follow up photos are shown one year after surgery. She no longer feels uncomfortable and is very happy with her decision to have surgery!
