Before and after labiaplasty in a 38 year old woman. She had not had children but felt as if her labia looked like she had birthed several babies! She was very physically active and felt like her excess labia minora always got in the way.
A labiaplasty trimmed excess inner labia (labia minora), allowing her outer labia (labia majora) to naturally fall closed. She took a week off work and resumed exercise at 3 weeks postoperatively.
Follow up photos are shown one month postoperatively. She still has some mild swelling that will continue to go away on its own over the next month. She is very pleased with her early results!
