Before and after labiaplasty in a 22 year old woman. She had physical discomfort while working, where she walked over 20,000 steps each day! A labiaplasty trimmed excess labia minora and allowed her to feel more comfortable at work and in intimate settings.
Follow up photos are shown at six weeks after surgery. She still has slightly more swelling on the left than the right, which is very normal.
