Before and after labiaplasty in a 27-year-old woman. She had discomfort running and spinning and wanted to NOT see her labia minora poking out every time she looked down!
A labiaplasty gently trimmed excess labia minora tissue but left a normal amount of labia behind. Postoperatively, she took a week off work and three weeks off exercise and sex.
Long term follow up photos are shown a year and a half after surgery.
